Half Pound Beef Fajitas

My family and I love ordering the beef fajitas to go. They're great to share on weekends!! The house salsas are also very good, especially the green one.

El Tejano

My parents always raved about this place and I finally got the time to stop by. My mom and I shared fajitas and the Tejano plate. It was amazing!! The green sauce was also my fave! Very friendly staff, clean, and quick service.

Fajitas For 1 Chicken

----Dearest Reader, I write with urgent news, the matter is rather pressing. Ninfa's on Memorial is open for lunch. I can personally attest to the value their lunch menu offers. The flavorful, juicy and tender chicken fajitas blew my socks off - will definitely be returning for more. Their rice was fluffy and perfectly cooked and one could tell that there was love put in to making the beans. I'm a real fan of their tortillas as well. Not too thin or too thick like you might find at other establishments. The cheese enchiladas is a simple dish at the core of any Mexican restaurant, and Ninfa's executes every element to perfection. Ooey, gooey melty cheese wrapped in a corn tortilla and smothered with well seasoned chili con carne and cheese. The house Margarita is not too sweet and not too tart, great balance and drinkability. Additionally, their cantina offers an escape from the work week with Happy Hour from 4:00-6:30 (Monday - Friday. This features $3 any beer, $5 Rita's and $4 Well drinks. Until next time, ----Mitchell
